Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I was married for less than a year. Setteled divorce. lived together after divorce for two months. Now i would like to eveict her. Lease is in my name and all utilities. What do i do??????

Use better judgment. Then, start by asking her to leave. Why would she want to stay somewhere she's not welcome? If she refuses to leave, you may have to go to Magistrate Court and file a action to evict her (called a "dispossessory action). Once your receive a judgment against her, if she refuses to leave, you can have the Sheriff come out and physical evict her and her belongings. Don't let it get to that point and under no circumstance should you threaten her (either verbally or physically).

First ask her to move. If she moves - problem solved.

If not: See a lawyer. You will have to give her 60 days notice in writing and then can file a dispossessory if she doesn't move.
