Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

He ran off to another state with our new born son (he was 3 days old at the time.) he would not tell me where he was. For at lest a week of the two weeks my son was away from me his father was not with him. The police got involved and I got my son back. I don't have money to just jump up and get a layer my question is; can my husband file for temporary custody with a warrant out on him for interfering with custody?

How could he file for temporary custody if you are married? When you are married both parents have rights to the child. Only the court can say who has custody and if you are married, this is done in a divorce. I URGE you to get an attorney and file for divorce. If you don't have money go to Legal Aide in the county where you reside.
