Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
Recording my childs phone call with the NCP parent
Can I record the phone calls between
my child and his father?
We share joint custody but I am the
custodial parent.

If you reside in Georgia, you should not record the calls unless there is a serious question of your child's safety. If you do not reside in Georgia, you would need to check the laws of your state. I am curious as to why you feel the need to record the phone calls. If there is no valid reason, this could be considered an interference in the relationship with the NCP's relationship with his/her child.
