Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

In our settlement agreement, it states that the Mother has first pick of dates for summer visitation during odd years. I submitted these dates to the Father. He disagreed, and he told me which dates he picked. He said that I get first pick at the dates, and then he gets to decide. Is this correct?
