Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

my ex wife doesnt want my dasughter around my girlfriend. my girlfriend has never been convicted of a crime, she is a school teacher. she does have a drink or two on saturday nights. when she does, my daughter is not around her. is there anything legally my ex can do?

People can do anything they want to try and do, but unless there is more to it than what you posted, nothing in your post tells me any reason she can object. Your divorce paperwork, which we have not seen, contains the answers, and you should discuss those with your lawyer.
