Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My youngest son is 18 and the custodial mother pulled him out of school with intent on placing him in Job Corp. He doesnt have a GED or Diploma as of yet. Do I have to continue child support?

The order should state when child support will terminate. In Georgia usually 18 and graduate from high school unless agreed to otherwise. However, there are other stipulated reasons in most orders so have your order reviewed by an attorney before simply stopping it and placing yourself in possible contempt.
