restraining order

My Daughter in law has gotten a restraining order aginst me. I live 120 miles away from her-am 65 yrs. old and work third shift 21 miles from my home(don`t give me a lot of time for anything) she says I harrassed her on the internet and I haven`t , can check my computer, can she keep telling lies and have me in jail? we go to court on Jan.8,2009 can I get a restraining order or counter sue
