Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

my son is 16 and lives with his father ( for 2 years now). The sherif's office came to my house to serve a subpoena on me/ my son. Do I have to accept this and am I responsible for what he has done?

It appears that you were served at your son's last address because he is a minor - BUT, as Glen says, you have not given enough specific details in your query - elucidate further

Call me to discuss this -- my office number is (770) 985-6773

Good luck,
