As a 100% commissioned W2 employee in the cell phone industry, can an employer charge back the commissions AND equipment involved in a sale to the employee if a customer disconnects service?

The employer can charge it back so long as that action would not violate an agreement with the employee and would not bring the employee's pay below the minimum wage for all the hours worked during the workweek in which the deduction is made.
