Is a 10 year non compete agreement in Georgia enforceable?

If it is found in an employment agreement, it probably is not. If it is found in an agreement that is part of the purchase and sale of a business, the courts give the parties greater leeway; but still, 10 years is probably too long to be enforceable. It very much depends upon the facts surrounding the agreement.
