Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

back pay

When I resigned my job I was told I would be paid on commsions due me, because the company waits 30 days befor paying any commisions earned. It has been 6 weeks and I have contacted this fortune 500 company and they are not paying me monies owed. Do I have any way to force them to pay me my earned commisions? This is the main reason I resigned, because they were always late with my checks.

Re: back pay

If they will not voluntarily pay you all amounts owed, that you will have to sue them for back pay.
