Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
Was hired for a Govt contractor job 3 years ago, told my expirance was good enough to get hired. Now being told the same job requires me to get a BA degree. If not I may be let go. The job is the same but the title will change. Can I be let go if I decide not to get the degree?

Employment in Georgia is at will, and absent a contract can be terminated for any or no reason (with very few exceptions for illegal discrimination).
