Manager reports not accuate

Can I sue a company if the manager is deliberately not reporting all my work hours on purpose, therefore resulting in my check not being accurate?

Re: Manager reports not accuate

Are you an hourly employee? If so, and if you are not exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act, you should be paid for all work you do, and it is a violation of that statute to fail to report and pay you those hours.

The foregoing is general information only, not specific legal advice. No attorney/client relationship has been created or should be implied. Consult with your own attorney before taking legal action.
