Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I was offered a relocation package to relocate to georgia for a management position. Now they have restructured and the position is no longer available and I'm no longer a manager. I no longer have the manager title, and no longer bonus eligible. The promisory note was for 3 years, its been almost 2. If I leave do I still have to pay the relo back? (I'm no longer doing what I was brought down for)

You are asking about documents we don't have. You need to have a lawyer review the documents before giving you an opinion about your specific rights and obligations.
