Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

What can I do if I just found out the house that I have been renting has been forclosed on and the owner wants me out by 3/1/2012 although I just received notice of this on 2/15/2012 and my rent is up to-date. The landlord has already tried to unlegally evict me by bringing the cops over and my place is due to be borded up on 3/1/2012. What can I do

If the property has actually been foreclosed on (and not just a threat), you have the right to remain in the house. If the new owner does not intend on living on the property, you can remain on the property either through the original lease term or 90 days, whichever is longer. If the new owner intends to live there, you may remain on the property for 90 days.
