doctor not qualified for surgery given

Iv'e had 2 retinal detachments in my right eye. Two surgery's for detachments.Because of those surgeries,cataracts came. Retinal doctor gave surgery. He told me 20/20 vision. Failed to tell me clouded vision. (Scar tissue) Glasses can't correct my vision. Also his senior told me he shouldn't have performed the surgery. His referral service says the same.

In order to pursue a malpractice case, you will need an affidavit from an M.D. who would be competent to tesitfy at trial that your doctor committed malpractice. If you are in my area and would like to discuss this further, feel free to give me a call.
