72 year old female with severe pain female rating the pain a 10. having in home oxygen at a 2 level. Emts arrive at 12:20 accessing the female the emts put the female on level 3 of oxygen. Giving her nothing for pain while in transport. At the EM room the first thing out of the doctors mouth was that the female was expiring. The EM room had the female only on 2liters of oxygen, which the emts had already determined that the female was in resportarary destress. The family of the 72year female told the doctors and nurses that her lungs needed to be drained that fluid had built up in the females lungs. The hospital was totally aware of the females health history and had been there many times in the past six months.The familey said the hospital staff and the doctor acted like she the doctor didnt have a clue as to who the female was are what here history was. The 72 year female had been at the EM room 10 times over the past year. The staff did nothing to ease the females pain. The doctor let the female surfer for 2hours with her pain level at 10 and let the poor woman lay there and drown in her on fluids, the hospital did nothing to ease the womans pain.This occur on 4-06-04,do you see a chance of a lawsuit
