Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Georgia

Wrong dentist removed wisdom teeth, ins.co. wont cover it, need more surgery

My insurance company issued a provider, and after the paperwork I was sedated and operated on. I was later notified that the dentist that did the surgery was not the one I asked for and now am stuck with alot of bills that would have otherwise been paid, not to mention the overpayment to cover the surgery ''in case my insurance wouldn't'' as I was told. I signed a waiver beforehand, and now am having a bonesplinter or remaining piece of tooth migrating back out of my gums, causing much irritation and most likely further surgery. What can I do? Is there any legal action I can take against the dental office/insurance company?
