Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

My husband and I own a small business and do our banking with a local bank after 5 years of pulling thru that drive almost on a daily basis I was so humiliated by these people I can't bring myself to return I send others. I suffer spells which leave me with a speech problem during the last spell, I had to hurry to bank and left one of the checks and made my deposit off. I apologized several times for my speech and was told of its ok I asked the teller to adjust my deposit and after 10 min I finally was able to leave. The reason it took so long is because they called the police and reported I was DRUNK and had a baby with me. The whole small town saw as the police car followed me thru the drive and questioned me but they didnt haer or see when said they were crazy it was obvious I was not drinking. Do I have any legal options?? please help me hold my head up in this small town

Do you think that suing and getting a large check from the bank will "help you hold your head up?" Obviously, the police took no action toward you. Further, and more importantly, it appears from your post there was some basis for calling the police even if it was just to check and make sure you and your baby were OK. That does not change even if everything turned out to be OK. That is not something to sue over. Comments like the "whole small town saw" indicate an extreme overreaction and just wanting to get the bank back. Do that by taking your accounts elsewhere.
