Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

I have a new rental property with a three quarter acre pond. Do I have to treat it the same as a pool and fence it in or post signs, or am I not open to liability because it is a natural body of water?

Without details as to the location, proximity to other people, etc. there is no way to answer you. Regardless of what precautions you should take, be sure to get a liability insurance policy of at least ten million dollars, and preferably far higher.
