Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

If I got a ticket for failure to yield right of way in an accident, and the other party didn't get a ticket, can I still sue them for damages to my vehicle because I believe their negligence and speed caused the accident?

You can, if you can prove that. Bear in mind that the ticket may be evidence of your negligence and that the disposition of your ticket matters, so get an attorney ASAP.
