You have a lawyer for a reason. One of them is to answer questions about your ticket and case. You also addressed your question to Georgia lawyers, which won't likely do you much good. Pick up the phone and call your lawyer.

First of all you have a lawyer who knows your case. It seems strange that you would go behind his back and ask.

No one here can answer you. First of all we know nothing about your case file. Second, you posted to a group of Georgia lawyers who will not know about Florida lawyer. And third, even if we had teh facts to answer, it would be unethical for us to second guess your lawyer.

Call your lawyer. This is what you are paying him for. Often delay is a positive. Ask him.
