we were just in a wreck wensday a woman pulled out in front of us going across the road we tried to stop just sa y we left black marks on dry pavement and here are our injuries i hit window face is all scratched up got alot of fluid build up on my forehead and my hand is sprain and can't hold my son and my ribs hurt when i breath and my boyfriend hurt is leg.our truck is basically totaled.DO WE HAVE A CASE

First, I would suggest taking photographs of any visible injuries. Bruising and cuts tend to fade quickly. Also, pick up a copy of the police report when it is available. Based on your facts, it would be clear liability against the other driver. There could be other factors (i.e. insurance coverage) that might limit your recovery.
