paying cash
would like to know would I be entitled to return payment to a fradulant psychic person. She told me how much money she needed. After I put the money in her possession she told me to call the following tuesday, I called and she was unable to come to the phone. She has been putting me off every since she received my money. What shall I do? Or How do I handle this situation
