Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

good day, i purchase a home in Georgia last year with the help of the Georgia government who help me with the down payment providing that i would live in Georgia for at least 3 years making it my primary residence without selling or renting the house, well i have been living there for the past year and i cant get a job even if i got one i don't have a car, and where i live there are not buses, i went to new york where i use to live for my son graduation, my son is still living in the apartment and the agency that i use to work for is calling me for work, would it be wrong for me to work in new york, friends and family is telling me that i would be committing fraud

You may be criminally prosecuted by the state if you do not report the move (depending on the paperwork). Probably, when you do, they will foreclose.

Have a lawyer review the paperwork and determine what you should say and do.

Let me also say that since you have been discussing this with friends and family, and have posted it on a public web page, there's a chance that someone will rat you out to the government.
