Homeowners assosiations
Does my homeowners assos. have the right to lien my property for not requesting permission to replace my garage doors? they say they have been fineing me 25.00 per day to the ammount of 16000.00 to date. Is this really legal. what options are available to me? can they legally enter my home as they say they can without my permission?
