New land purchase
I am about to purchase some land. The current owner has allowed a family to live on a part of this land for several years. I would like to know what is the proper procedure for evicting someone in this situation off of the land once the sale is finalized?

That depends on the current lease agreement between the current owner and the tenant. The lease flows with the land, so you will be obligated to uphold the terms of the lease if you buy the property.
