limited power of attorney sale of real estate

owner is in Georgia; real estate in Florida and person who would sell is in Florida. Is the Georgia or Florida form used?

How can the owner be in GA but the person who would sell be in FL? The person who would sell IS the owner.

At any rate, since the property is in FL, use the FL form.
