property transfer unto a trust
To transfer property into a trust, what type of deed should be submitted? quickclaim deed or a warranty deed.

The real estate lawyer who handles the trransaction will know that several specific facts are important, and that there is no such thing as a "quickclaim" deed. People who don't know the basics, but try to do it themselves, will cause immdiate and future problems with the property and title.
