tenant breaking lease agreement

We signed a three year rent to buy option lease on a mobile home, we now do not want to remain in the home and want to break the lease. We want to terminate the lease at the end of the first year. What can we do?

Unfortunately, one cannot advise you on the meaning of a written document without reading the document first. What you may or may not be able to do cannot be ascertained without reading the lease. It may not even be a valid contract.
