Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

There are 3 kids in our family and one is deceased. When my dad dies, do we have to divide the estate 3 ways so his kids will inherit his share?

That depends completely on what his will says (and he needs to write one). Have him see a lawyer.
