Is this legal

my mom left me her house in her will but she had a note of over 150000 on it. In the will she says I can't sell it.

my question is can i sell it. I can't afford to make the payments.

I doubt that the prohibition against selling the house will stand up. You should consult with a local attorney who can review the whole will.
