Does my employer fall under Worker Compensation Law?
I was injured on the job 11/29/01.My employer claims that he did not renew his workmans compensation ins. because he downsized to two employees plus himself,he is not incorporated.Does my injury under workman compensation laws? Do i have a claim?

I think he is still subject to the Act. I just looked at this in another similar case of mine and determined that you can count the owner as an employee for purposes of Work Comp unless he has specifically opted out in writing.
