Legal Question in Family Law in Guam

Adultery

I am wondering if adultery is against the law and if it is and I have proof that my spouse is committing adultery if I can have him charged and imprisoned. Thank you for your time and help.

Adultery is not generally considered a crime. It can be used as a ground for a divorce and for obtaining a more favorable property settlement.
