to avail child citizenship

my daughter got married to filipino chinese descendant with dual citizen holder of guam, canmy daughter give birth in guam so as her child be an american citizen also/

yes, if your daughter will give birth in US then her child can be an American citizen. This is because US follows the principle of jus soli, citizenship by place of birth.
