Can an empoyer terminate an

employee that has a good record in

all aspects of his/her job because the

empoyer claims that they do not

need that level of mangement and

then the employer changes the title

and gives all of the same

resposabilities to another employee?

Yes, UNLESS it is a pretext for inappropriate discrimination [gender, race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age].
