Hindu divorce

Husband and wife mutually divorced in 2004, in their community by elderly people and does not have any legal divorce documents, but have registered their deed of divorce in 2007. Husband married to another party in 2005, without obtained divorce order from the court.

Is this marriage vaild? if a person married to another another person without court decree?

What date do we count as divorce date 2004 or registered of divorce date?

Hindu law permits customary divorce; if the party are governed by "customary law", and their customs so permit, even an order divorce order as per the custom of their caste may be sufficient.
