I left my crystal ball in my other purse, but I know Facebook doesn't tolerate slander. She is likely to be booted off the site, permanently. Your friend should worry about criminal charges.

Ditto. Your friend is not thinking clearly if she is putting threats online where they are of record for all to see. I like Sarah Grosse's crystal ball comment. Please don't ask lawguru questions to which only ESP could provide an answer. Instead just ask what the law is. After all we are lawyers not fortune tellers. The law is that threats like that are illegal unless clearly made in jest, which does not sound like is the case here. However, you are posting on the computer category when you should be posting on the criminal category. If you want an accurate criminal law answer repost under that category. If you want useless fortune telling go to www.sylviabrowne.com/ .
