Is it illegal for an estiblishment to take down PETA flyers that give information about the treatment of animals at Yum! Foods? Their handbook is very vague about the rules and regulars of what can be put there. Thanks

This is a private establishment. You cannot force a private person to"say" anything. If you could force them to post anyone's flyer, you would be telling them what they had to say. It would be the same as the butcher's coalition coming to your house and telling you that you had to post a sign on your lawn that said "Eat Meat." That wouldn't be very fair either, would it?
