Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

I was divorced in 2011. My ex took all responsibilty for the house. he has not refinaced and is not making timely payments.My name is still on mortgage and this is affecting my credit. I have contavted the mortgage company ,NO HELP there what recourse do I have

If he has not paid, maybe a Petition for Rule for not paying the mortgage, not much more.
