Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
My boyfriend is being charged with agrivated unlawful restraint against me. I have forgiven him for the things he has done. Now the states attorney is forcing me to testify against him. I called them and told them i dont want to press charges and dont want to testify. They pretty much told me too bad. What can i do to get him out of trouble without getting my self in trouble?
