Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
credit cards
I was charged with position of a lost or miss laid credit card. and position of anothers credit card.i was given a felony and two years probation,i have to pay back the restatution.I was not one who used the card is this fair.My first offense.

its probably too late to do anything. Why did you plead guilty.
