Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

My girlfriend has been going to court since May over vadalising a car and she has made every court appearance until recently. She missed court on the 11th simply because we didn't think she had to appear in court again until the 24th. So the cops came and arrested her around 3:30 in the morning on the 14th on the grounds that she missed her court date obviously. The next day they wouldnt let her out because they thought she was a flight risk. So my question is do you think they will let her out of jail on the 24th after her trial?

This question is best reserved for your attorney, but the point of locking her up is to keep her in the jurisdiction until she is prosecuted. If she is convicted at trial, she may need to begin serving her sentence or stay in jail until the sentence is handed down. If she is found not guilty, she will be let go.
