DUI legal arrest?

I blew a red light drivibng my fathers car, and was immediatly pulled over with guns drawn bye officers. i put my hands up when i saw the officers come towards me they pulled me out of the car assaulted me never read me my rights, cuffed me hit me and threw me in the car. They kept saying theyll beat my ass because i was driving drunk, i was scared. They took away my cell phone and never let me make a phone call. Not only that when i arrived at the station they used force to make me blow a breathalizer even though i repedatly told them i wont blow. I got real sick in my holding cell throwing up all over, all night long..they charged me with a dui along with no license, dude to me not having my license on me at the time, as well as a ignoring a traffic light ticket. After i became upset with the officer who told me that if i didnt blow the breathalizer theyd make my night hell and send me to county in the morning ..My wrights were totally violated the intire night. I was realsed the following moring after still throwing up in my cell all nightm to walk home with no phone or cash 4 miles..When i reach my home i needed immediate er treatment and was hospitalized til sun night.I have pics of my wrist injury and a hosp bill.Help please
