Yes I have had a dui revoke,,,,all of my dui classes were finished almost five yrs ago,,I was denied my drivers licence once already in 2005. the evaluaters are taking my money, and are really not helping me, I need some one to give me an honest answer,,as to what I need to do to get my licence back?

It would be helpful to know where you live, and in what county the DUI conviction took place. After that, you have to petition the Illinois SOS for an RDP. You need to have an honest evaluator. In smaller counties, you might wish to call the Probation Officers office and ask their advise. If you live in the NW suburbs, Du Page, or Kane counties, you can call me.
