illegal consumption
my girlfriend recently got an illegal consumption ticket and has to go to court in cook county illinois. she is 19 and has had two prior but we already checked and they are off her record. so technically this is her first offense. what can she expect to get in court?

I don't know how you checked, but unless she expunged her record, the record still exists. Even a successful completion of supervision will appear on her record unless she filed to expunge it. If I'm right, then your girlfriend could be looking at jail time. Please call to discuss this further.
