Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I would like to know if the school has any rights to take me to court for finding out that I live with my boyfriend. Also what can I do because I'm a 17 year old who got kicked out from my house by my dad and what are my rights since I'm about to turn 18 in November.

Without more it is difficult. Does your boyfriend live in the district? How old is he? They may be taking your parents to court, but you do not give enough to fully answer your question, More please
