How can i get unsupervised visitations.

My ex-husband and i were divorced for nearly a year now,we agreed on joint custody but shortly after i was arrested and it involved alcohol and the children were present.I have since then went to councilings and have nt been in trouble since,this was my first offence and he has a record of 3 fellonies 2 which involved causing bodily harm to me and another.He now has temp full custody and only lets me see the girls if he supevises at his house i feel uncomfortable around him and would live unserpervised visitation rights and him to quit trying to run my life.

You have to petition the court for a modification of the visitation order. Given the facts of the case I strongly urge you to retain an attorney to represent you in the matter
