Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois

A civil judgement against a husband, can his wife's wages be garnished.

If a man is found liable in a copyright infringement suit brought in Florida (couple resides in Illinois), can a wife's paycheck or personal accounts be garnished. The issue occurred while the couple is married

Probably not, but if wife's accounts are used to bury money it may be a problem.
