I traded in my car and I purchased a car from a carlot at 9:30 p.m Nov 16 2009. The very next day at 9:00 a.m I took the car back and told them I didnt want the car could have the car back they said no my car was already sold but I was looking at my car what can I do?

You are out of luck unless your written purchase agreement says anything else.
